Yes, you are so right. I was very unhappy about it as both of us will go London that day. I phoned the Scanlans and told them that we should have been given few choices at different dates however the lady was asking contacting the EBM for that otherwise they would charge us additional fee for the arrangement. I had to call EBM to see if it possible they come early or later. The lady in EBM was nice but again she said that I should have contacted Scanlans. I told them I was directed to them by Scanlans and she needs to speak to Scanlans about it. She kindly noted my Apart number, name and mobile and said she would get back to me. However, so far no sign of that.
I think Scanlans has only considered their conveniences and MONEY without thinking about the question you put on here and they should at least have consulted with us if they want to get it done in a day or else we should have few choices at different dates.
Again, the lift is down again! Headache!!!!!!!!!!!

We may need to wait and see how many headsets be re-programmed tomrrow and if Scanlans can provide alternatives for those who cannot stay at home. I am sure we are not the only one or two having the same problem.
As for the lift, I think a previous blog was quite corret. We’d better to assume that the lift is not working rather than having expectations. Keep climbing and positive thinking —all the benefits of doing that.
